It manages manual and automatic panel sizing machines and the cutting from standard and special formats
Warehouse management included raw material, off cut pieces and parts

Optimization

Il gives the best solution taking into account the technical features of the machines, the saving of materials and optimal cutting patterns.

With the manual optimizer it is possible to manually intervene on the cutting patterns automatically generated by the software in order to insert or move some parts or to make up the boards with a high percentage of scraps.

For that kind of operation, the operator has at his disposal a set of tools to bring the parts together, or make them rotate or to copy and verify the feasibility. All those tools will unload the necessary controls onto the operator to obtain the best cutting patterns.
